Available rentals
Every unit listed is one we manage, which means the photographs are current and the person showing it can answer questions about the building rather than guessing.
What a listing tells you
A useful listing states the rent, the term offered, what is included, parking, whether pets are considered and the earliest date available. Anything vague on those points is worth asking about before you spend an evening travelling.
Photographs should look like the unit rather than like a showroom. Where a unit is still occupied, images may be from the previous turnover, and that is said rather than left for you to discover.
How units reach a listing is covered on rental marketing, and the move from viewing to signed lease on tenant placement. Start at the application when you find one.
Viewing to keys
By appointment, shown by somebody who manages the building rather than a stranger.
With the documents listed on the application page, which shortens the wait considerably.
Usually one to two business days once the paperwork is complete.
Lease signed, deposit paid, condition report completed, then keys are released.
Avoiding the fakes
A listing priced far below everything comparable, an owner who is conveniently abroad, and a request to wire a deposit before you have set foot inside are the three signs that appear together again and again.
Nobody legitimate asks for money to view a unit or to hold one before an application has been assessed. If you are asked, stop, and check the listing against the managing company directly.
Every unit here is one we manage, and you can confirm that through our office rather than through the listing itself. The standards applied are on screening, with forms on resources.

Listings, answered
The questions renters ask while searching.
The listing photos matched the unit exactly, which after months of searching felt unusual. Applied the same day.
Every listing on their page was real and current. Two others I had contacted elsewhere were already gone.
The showing was on time and the agent knew the building's rules and the utility costs. Questions answered on the spot.
Applied for one unit, did not get it, and they suggested another that suited us better. Renting it now.
