For tenants
Applications, rent and maintenance all run through one place. This page is where each of those starts, and what to expect once it does. Every step below has a document behind it, so a tenancy can be checked rather than remembered.
How a tenancy runs
It starts with an application. Credit, income and references are checked, and you are told what is needed up front rather than asked for it piece by piece.
During the tenancy, rent goes through one channel with a receipt, and anything broken goes through a maintenance request so it is logged, triaged and traceable.
Near the end of the term you will hear about a renewal well before it expires. Notice periods and rent increase rules are set by local law, not by us, and they are explained before anything is signed.

The questions we hear most.
As a tenant I have had two managers before this one. This is the first where a repair request got a same-week response.
The move-in was organised, the lease was explained, and the deposit rules were clear. Renewed without hesitation.
They treat tenants as customers, not problems. Rent is easy to pay and repairs happen when they say.
Every question has been answered by a person within a day. That alone makes this the best rental experience I have had.
